R J Cadman Construction is actively involved in the CITB construction skills apprenticeship scheme, promoting a structured training programme for the apprentice combining college study with ‘on the job’ training. The company also has representatives engaged in the Doncaster Schools Construction Committee, providing construction industry ‘taster days’ to children and young adults to encourage their interest in CITB apprenticeships in skills such as joinery, bricklaying and management.
